My Story & My Mission

Too many times in life when we go through difficult times we want them to speed by so we can get on with our lives. However, I learned, through a trial in my life, that God will use our trials no matter where we are or what we’re going though.

On February 6th of 2008, the night of my 21st birthday, I did what most people do and went out and over drank. Two days after a night of bar hopping I found himself in the Iowa City Police Station being charged with second degree murder. 

My life was was turned upside down because of that one choice.

During the darkest point in my life I turned to God for answers. 

Thankfully, after spending three months in jail, God gave me those answers and instead of that time being wasted, He used that time to transform me into the man that I am suppose to be in Him.  

I’m an inspirational speaker only because God gave me inspiration when the choices I made put me somewhere in life that I never thought that I would be.  Every CHOICE we make is so important, and I feel God calling me to share my story and how the CHOICES I made changed my life.

Today I travel and speak about CHOICES wherever God opens the door.

I‘ve had the opportunity to speak to multiple youth and civic groups along with various churches and schools.
